BROCKLEY JACK THEATRE, SE LONDON
Jack Studio Theatre Appeal
The Jack Studio Theatre is a registered charity in the UK. It is an award winning venue that has been providing theatre and other arts events for over 25 years, and is committed to presenting affordable and accessible theatre, and to supporting new companies and theatre artists.
Like many fringe venues, the Jack Studio receives no public funding and relies on the support of its audience and friends, most of which comes from people like you coming to see our performances.
We are now facing very difficult times during this period of closure. We really need your help to survive, and to help us bring theatre back to our audiences in the future, which is our clear and determined aim. We can achieve this with your help, and we would be most grateful for your support.

The Finborough Theatre is part of a national initiative launched by Theatres Trust to prevent the permanent closure of hundreds of UK theatres.
The Finborough Theatre should have celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2020. Instead we have been forced into an extended period of closure as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic that has crippled our industry. Our small core team has put all their energy into maintaining our profile throughout our closure, providing free content for our audiences. We urgently need your help to safeguard our future.
THE HEN AND CHICKENS, ISLINGTON
The Hen & Chickens Theatre has been, for over 20 years, home to incredible theatre, comedy and filmmaking talent. A place where new writers, directors, actors can stage an exciting play, scratch night or reading. A place where new comedians hone their craft or more established comedians get personal in our 54 seat space as they prepare to tour. A place where, over the past five years, independent filmmakers can showcase their projects at one of our three film festivals a year. It would be heart-breaking for this to be over.

UPSTAIRS AT THE GATEHOUSE, HIGHGATE
Like many London Fringe venues, Upstairs at the Gatehouse relies on the box office, theatre rental and private funding to keep the theatre open. We receive no financial assistance from the Arts Council, the GLA or any other public body.
Many people express a desire to contribute financially and for this reason Ovation Theatres, the company behind Upstairs at the Gatehouse, now run a Friends scheme called Gatehouse Angels. This is similar to many schemes run by other small theatres all over the country.
All the funds collected from the Friends Scheme are used to improve the technical facilities and the comfort of our customers.
WHITE BEAR, SE LONDON
As an independent fringe theatre we rely on ticket sales and public support to keep our doors open to emerging talent from all over the world. As such, there are several ways you can support us in providing an exciting theatre space for challenging and risk-taking theatre. There’s a new way to support the White Bear Theatre; why not Name a Seat in our beautiful new purpose built theatre space.
